I was impressed by how they navigated my tricky staircase with a heavy washing machine. They used special straps that let them carry the appliance down without banging into the handrail. The truck was parked on a sloped driveway, but they expertly loaded everything without any boxes tipping over. They also found my lost set of keys under the couch and handed them to me before we left. The attention to detail was remarkable.

The entire move felt like a dance routine—everyone knew their steps. I was honestly entertained watching them coordinate with each other.

I was pleasantly surprised they provided sturdy crates for the electronics, each lined with foam inserts so nothing would rattle. They were careful with cables, wrapping them neatly and labeling them with a tiny piece of masking tape. The truck had a ramp that lowered smoothly, so getting the heavy desks on board was a breeze.
