Had to move my small business office, which included several computers and a bunch of files. I was pleasantly surprised they provided sturdy crates for the electronics, each lined with foam inserts so nothing would rattle. They were careful with cables, wrapping them neatly and labeling them with a tiny piece of masking tape. The truck had a ramp that lowered smoothly, so getting the heavy desks on board was a breeze. They finished earlier than expected, which saved me from paying extra for the building’s security fees.

They stacked my boxes neatly against the walls of the storage section so nothing would shift around during travel. One team member was very thorough about checking off each item from a printed inventory list.

The inside of the moving truck was so clean and well-organized. They had straps, blankets, and extra padding to keep everything from shifting during transit. You can tell they really care about doing things the right way. Very happy customer.
