My grand piano had been in storage for 9 months, so I was a little nervous about problems. Spencer not only tuned it, cleaned it , and warmed up the sound, but told great stories, and played some of his original music for us. All in all a very good experience.

He recently solved a few unwanted key noise issues, adjusted the evenness of tone across the keyboard and provided the sweet tuning for which he is well known in Northern California.
