Shout out to Brody, Dylan, Doug and Parker for an amazing moving experience! From loading up in Bemidji to unloading in Fargo they went over the top. They took care of all items with careful handling, expert packing, putting everything where we wanted. To top it off they were polite and asked what we wanted and tried their best to make it all work.

I recently had workers from Merchants Moving & Storage move a piano into my house. They were friendly, respectful and did an amazing job! I would not hesitate to contact this business if I ever needed something moved again.

We moved across country the week between Christmas and New Year's. I still remember when we moved to Bemidji my mover from one of the national chains saying 'If I'd known how far this was, I never would have taken the job.' So they stole a guitar as an extra tip for themselves. It's really nice to have a local group who will move you anywhere in the states. We moved from waaaaay up north to waaaaay down south, and there wasn't a peep of complaint from anyone at Merchants.

The great: Our team of Brody, Doug, Dylan, and Parker got an entire house of belongings in the moving truck inside of four hours. I'd done most of the packing myself, but left the 'hard stuff' for them, things like computer printers and artwork. They bundled everything up really well and were an outstanding group of men to work with.

The trip across the states was fine, and two of the guys got us unloaded without a scratch on the walls.

The lesson learned: I don't move often, so sometimes I don't know what questions to ask. Things like 'Do I need to pay anything down at pick-up?' Answer: yes. I didn't know this; I wasn't prepared, and didn't have a checkbook with me, so I had to put this 50% on my credit card, which comes along with a small fee. When I mentioned this to owner Mike, he reimbursed me the fee, as I was able to show on my paperwork there was no mention of an up-front payment. The payment makes logical sense, I just didn't know to ask, so lesson learned for me.

Every step of the way, if I had a question or concern, Mike was approachable and responsive.

As I've said, I don't move often, but I have done a few across-state moves as an adult. I've had furniture broken or otherwise damaged and had items stolen. NONE of that happened with Merchants Movers.

I most definitely recommend this group for your move, whether it is 20 miles or 2000 miles away.
