I admit it. Looking for a car transport across country is extremely hectic. There are bunch of them out there and even though most of them will spam you, they will not return your calls when you actually decide. Found Mercury Transport through one such site and it had better reviews than others. Decided to take a chance. I worked with Deb and it was seamless right from the start. She explained everything in as much detail as you would expect. Rate was avg around the market so no complaints there. Everything was scheduled based on my convenience. Driver was very meticulous and professional. Car arrived in same condition as transported 7 days later. Communication all over was spot on. Thanks Deb!

Alex was a great representative through this whole process. The lines of communication were open and honest and he found me a price below the average of many other competing companies. The carrier we went with was super friendly and reassuring. He sent many pictures and kept me updated every so often through the move. This was so much easier than getting a Uhaul and doing it myself. I would definitely feel comfortable using this company again and would highly recommend them.
