Review:
Not a great experience - called the first time to get a quote. The person who answered the phone was a bit short, but ok. She said she was transferring me to customer service. I got someone's voicemail. I called back and said I'd like to speak to a person. The second person was more pleasant, however without any warning, not even a 'hold please', I was put on hold....and left there. Luckily, there are plenty of courier services in The Woodlands who do want my business.
