I recently hired Merit Moving Systems for my move from Los Angeles, CA to Dallas, TX, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly efficient.

The initial consultation was straightforward, and the consultant Joe took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel confident in my choice. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and worked diligently to ensure everything was packed securely and loaded without any issues.

My stuff arrived with in the delivery window provided by the move coordinator. The Coordinator Alyson was very helpful with timely updates during the process. Everything arrived safely, nothing was broken.

Merit moving company was AMAZING. They moved all of our boxes and medical equipment (without damages) from our 8500+ SQ clinic to our new location in less then 7 hours. The boxes and medical equipment were placed in the rooms that were requested on the label and the staff did not have any extra lifting. We will definitely be using them on our move back to our clinic. I would recommend for residential or commercial use!

Coordinating, follow up and explanation of the process were clear. I used the full service option.

The reasons this review was not a 5 Star are as follows:
- A few objects were damaged during the move.
- The packers packed items that I specifically stated I didn’t want packed.
-One of the individuals re-assembling my furniture tried using tape to reassemble a coat rack.
- Not all items were reassembled.

Otherwise the team had great communication and were on time. The coordinators and customers service were fantastic. The movers were conscious about not damaging the doors or walls when moving.

My wife and I made a major move from the west coast to the east coast. We got bids from professional movers and ultimately chose to go with Merit Moving Systems. Boy, I can't tell you how pleased we were with Merit! From start to finish , every step of the way, we had complete confidence in them handling this relocation. Kevin P. put us both at ease during his assessment and estimate walk through, Alyson M. kept us informed during the whole process, and Joe Z.( our driver)was the epitome of professionalism. Not a single item was broken or damaged when we unpacked! I can not recommend Merit Moving Systems highly enough.
