From start to finish, our experience with Merit Moving Systems went extremely well. When Kevin P. did the walkthrough of our house for which items were being moved, he was able to create the bid on the spot before he walked out the door. He worked with us when we had a few additions, updating the bid as needed. Alyson, the move coordinator was also great to work with, keeping us informed every step of the way as to when the movers/driver would arrive as well as progress during the move. The driver Joe also keptt us updated during the move and arrived during the expected time frame at our new home. I highly recommend the entire team at Merit.

Excellent experience with Merit Moving/United Van Lines. I had a small cross country move from Rancho Mirage to Boston. I compared options from multiple companies and went with United for their small container/cross county capabilities so my possessions could be segmented but easily transported. Allyson did an excellent job of communicating with me every step of the way and ensuring that my stuff got to Boston on time and delivered when expected. This isn’t true across the United system but Merit was always on top of it. Impressive service, highly recommended.
