Our experience was pretty flawless. Alyson communicated excellently with us and our driver Sam was keeping us updated well. When our things were being boxed up, it was speedy (~4 hours for a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with large furniture) and when it was dropped off in a storage unit several hundred miles away the setup was organized and practical. I would go with them again for sure! My employer took care of the bill so I can't speak to value but I am sure it was reasonable based on their professionalism.
