Mesa Moving and Storage

I have spent the past week and a half trying to get an answer to where half of my delivery is. The company of origin (Article Furniture) confirmed that Mesa received the box over a month ago. Mesa Moving scheduled a delivery which should include 2 boxes, morning of the delivery they say they don't have/can't find box 1/2 and only deliver box 2/2. Two days later they found box 1/2(!) and schedule another delivery, morning of that delivery I receive a text saying oops we can't find it again. I have both called AND visited the office trying to get answers but each time get a different excuse or no answer at all as where the box is. I am wildly disappointed in Mesa Moving, they left me with half a bedframe, wasted my time, and have done nothing to rectify the issue.

The delivery team was amazing and Dan, Alex, and Kiera were friendly and made quick work of delivery and setup.

He didn't show up at the time set. Took lunch to meet him :/
