Metcalf Moving & Storage

Every person I dealt with from the receptionist to the movers to my moving coordinator was professional and kind. Moving across country is never easy but Metcalf made it go perfectly. I can’t say enough good things about them!

We had a complicated move, with a couple episodes of 'staging' before the final pickup, then 6 months storage, and a final 'haul' in December up to northern Minnesota with all of our belongings. Each staging pickup was carefully executed, led by one person, but shared by a great crew, and we always felt 'known' in the process. Ryan helped organize the overall plan, and Stephanie was great in the follow-up and billing process. The crew at the final move, consisting of 8 individuals, was very comprehensive and cooperative in getting all of our things to the right place. One item left in the warehouse is in process of transit, and one item damaged is under replacement review, so we know there is a fair outcome. Given all of our 'stuff', the movement of our belongings to the new home was so wonderful to have in their hands. We would definitely use them again as need would arise, and will recommend them to anyone in the North St. Paul/Maplewood/Oakdale area needing to execute a move! Thank you!!
