METRO LOADING SERVICE

Was on time, quick and careful. Would absolutely use again.

Unreliable, set up appointment, I pushed one time, they said no problem. He called in the morning, and than said he would call to confirm they were coming later in the day. I called and the lady said she couldn't get a hold of anyone. I waited and no call. They than said guys already left and would be rescheduled, that never happened. I called again 2 days later and was told to bad sine they were coming back in the area go find someone else. Not reliable l, not helpful.

The past 2 months I have used Metro Loading service 5 times. Twice to load a Uback Trailer ( like a semi) and 3 times for a UHaul truck. They came to my house, they came to storage units 20 miles away from my house. They were amazingly fast (saves money), and all my furniture arrived in wonderful condition. They were courteous and easy to work with. They also arrived on time. That I used them 5 times says how good they were. Much better than the two companies I used in the state where the trailers arrived. Their charges were very reasonable and I did shop around, I'd recommend them to anyone.

John, Derrick and Hess did a great job both loading and unloading our furniture from the POD in our driveway. They paid attention to detail and were conscientious about not marking up the freshly painted walls or scratching the newly refinished floors. I would hire Metro Loading again
