Very personally professional. Young man representing the company made it easy and great help with even navigating my phone for the information needed to attach the documents for the storage unit. Mr Patrick was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you for hiring a great service man.

Rates are super high. The price goes up at any time. Not a good place to store items, especially in the winter. The lot is iced up. You will slip, fall or crash.

Had left 5-Stars, but the rates seemingly going up each and every monthly payment is unacceptable. We downgraded to the smallest unit possible and still ended up paying close to the same rate as one that was 5x bigger. I understand the amenities and all that provided, but seriously? Why I am paying the price of an 8x10 for a closet-sized unit? I leave one star for the convenience of having an indoor unit, otherwise I'd leave a 0.

I have been a tenant for years. I have nothing but good things to say about the new manager Patrick who helped me with a major transaction. The place is always clean and he gets things done. I will continue to store here because of him
