Metro Self Storage - Austell

This storage place is always clean when I go there. The customer service I received from Chirette was excellent. She was very knowledgeable with all the questions I asked.

Spoke with Fernando over the phone near closing. Hopped on the website and within 5 minutes or so I had my rental and everything setup! They have an after hours box for ease of access and multiple storage options for your use. The facility is clean and climate controlled. They have a restroom and it's clean!

I find myself coming here to drop off items at all times of the day!

Spoke with Chirette over the phone about a unit. Although I needed a drive up unit and this is only climate control I appreciate the great customer service and the pleasant conversation. If I need a climate controlled unit I will definitely go there.
