We had great customer service here. Jesse was very helpful. She showed us a 5×10 to make sure it would work for us, as my mom is currently switching facilities. And I've been at metro self storage for almost a year and I absolutely love it here!!

I would 100% recommend this facility.

Matthew has been amazing during our recent ten month rental. He was always busy cleaning but never too busy to be friendly and helpful. His efforts helped to make Metro Storage bright, clean and easy to use- I love the large dollies that are available for use. Also, as a woman who often went to and from storage alone, I always felt safe. The prices ate the best around.
