Customer service is terrible.
They change the prices on their units too often and the manager on duty Rick is less than pleasant. He said he goes in and out of the building and isn’t there most of the time and asked what time I get off work so he can be there. I thought someone was supposed to be there for at least 8 constant hours as this isn’t a small storage facility. I asked for his superiors name and he laughed without providing any further information. Thank god the new update for the iPhone allows you to record calls because the way he speaks was less than pleasant. I’ll definitely be sending these calls to corporate so they do some sort of quality control. The lack of professionalism is alarming and I hope he doesn’t speak to other customers this way. -UPDATE 12//6; This actually involved the manager, Rick/Derrick and I was hoping to speak with his superior or at least get the contact information of his superior because I have audio of how he was speaking over the phone and in person. He told me, ‘You better Abe Glad Your Recording.’ And stuck his middle finger up at me. He then called police but only after I made the payment. So I’m not sure why he called them to begin with. He also stepped outside and was antagonizing me through the window. I’m not sure how old this man is but he is old enough to know better. I’m pretty sure the entire property is recorded and you will see for yourself how your employee conducted himself. There are several other details and comments that were made that puts this company’s integrity at risk. I’m completely appalled at this establishments behavior.
