Went in to inquire about a unit and found Wendy. She was incredibly helpful and honest. Glad we did not miss her and she was able to get us the greatest deal and a storage unit that suit our needs. Thank you!

Karen the manager is always willing to answer questions or find a reasonable solution. Both she and Joe were professional and efficient in finding a solution for a short term storage need. When I had questions about the online procedures Joe worked with me until all was taken care of. Great storage unit facility and staff!!

Joe and Karen at Metro Self Storage in Mundelein have been the BEST to work with!! I know my belongings are in good hands with them. The location is easily accessible and always clean. When I needed assistance to pay my bill from out of state, they provided me with prompt support. Highly Recommend!!
