Metro Self Storage - North Plainfield

I originally signed up here because of JPs friendly customer service. But…. Ever since then there has been a young women working there now I have been experiencing nothing but rudeness and everytime I stop by 430-530 to speak with someone the door is locked while she is sitting in there pist off that she has to get up to unlock the door to let a customer in.
Do not hire people that are going to be unhappy and rude about servicing people when they have chosen your storage location for specific reasons.

Great location and super easy to get setup. JP was an amazing. He got me set right up in no time.
