I corresponded with Joe, Tom, and Jen through my rental process. All are exceptional. They all are incredibly responsive, friendly, and are proactive in helping me meet my needs - very customer centric. They were highly coordinated, too, in making sure the info each of us talked about was passed between them. The quality of the staff they have there made choosing them a no brainer.
