Good cooperation between management and renter. I have been with Metro storage for quite a few years and have had no problems.

This review is for storage treasures bidders.
I won an auction at this facility on storage treasures. 30 minutes after won auction they called me and told the unit is not available for pick up because the tenant payed storage fees. I was told they will call storage treasures and cancel the auction so I can get a refund. They did not call the storage treasures! Moreover they reported me as no show! And my account was suspended and I did not get my refund. I contacted few times the facility and Jennifer always told me she will check and will call me back. Of course she never call me back… The customer service is very poor.
