I want to start off by saying thank you to Metro Self Storage for providing a clean, convenient, and safe experience over the last 4-5 years while storing my items, so thank you for providing that great experience.

I also want to give a shout-out to the very kind and thoughtful Jennifer(management) who looked out for me every time I needed help with choosing my units throughout the years. Jennifer, your professionalism and help over the last few years was very appreciated, so thank you again and take care, and yes, if i ever need to store again, it definitely will be this location! ??‍♂️

So yes, to those reading this, I can highly recommend this location for your storage needs. As I mentioned, this location is very clean, safe, and in a great area for all of your storage needs!

Highly recommend Metro Storage! The facility is always clean and well maintained! I’ve been working with Jennifer in the office for years. She and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful!

The Northbrook Metro Self Storage is a great place to store my belongings. It is very clean and has large elevators and indoor parking, making it easy to access.
And the manager is very helpful and courteous!

Clean, easy to use. Great storage unit! Joe in sales was great.
