Jack has become part of our family. He not only goes that extra mile for all of his customers, but also those 1,000 miles which is outstanding to us as a family. His total honesty, tremendous work ethic, and wonderful problem solver, not only is a tribute to him as an exceptional employee but to him as an exceptional human being. We would not have stayed the years that we have at Metro in Orono, if it had not been for Jack and his care and concern not only for this beautiful building, but for all of his customers.
