Metro Self Storage - Skokie

I I got a unit at this location few years ago with a good deal but since then they rise up the price to 157$
2 weeks ago before I left to Europe ,I left some stuff in the storage and when I open the door was a mouse there,alive
I called them and let them know they said they are gonna take care of it
When I asked if I should be there,they said no cause they got the key
Now I’m back from Europe called them to see if they took care of it and they did not
0 star
I pay so much for this unit and there are mice in my unit
Probably it dead now or unless he escaped somehow,cause there is not food in the unit

This facility is clean and well kept. It offers month to month rentals whereas some facilities require 4 months up front. Vincent the manager was very helpful and nice. He is a real asset for this business and location.

Both Vincent and Jose were patient with all of my questions about sizes and information. I was given options on units and ultimately decided on the best one for my current needs. This facility is spotless and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

The past two years storing here have been amazing the Manager Vincent has helped me every step of the way will definitely recommend to friends
