Metro Self Storage - Springfield

I’ve been a tenant here for several years however with the pricing increases it just became undoable prompting me to downsize and find a new facility with cheaper rates. The manager Natalie reached out to me and was able to accomodate a smaller unit at an amazing price in order to prevent the hassle of going to another facility having to get a uhaul. She found a unit four Spaces down from the current unit. It was an amazing experience and Natalie’s customer service is exceptional she really goes above and beyond.

This place is AMAZING! Natalie and Taheerah are awesome to work with. I will definitely recommend this storage place.
