Amazing experience with Metro Self Storage. We had 2 units with them for over two years and have only the best things to say about the facilities and staff. Easy to sign up and cancel as well. Highly recommend!

I can’t explain how wonderful and easy the experience was at Metro Self Storage. Natalie, the property manager, was the absolute best and a pleasure to deal with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, on top of every detail and focused on pleasing the customer. People think many self storage units are the same, but that can’t be further from the truth. Metro Self Storage in Springfield should be the only place you consider
