Facility is top notch! Very secure,clean and truly has amazing customer service! Ashley & Liza both we're extremely helpful, friendly and very welcoming! Very pleasant experience indeed at the finest storage facilities I've ever seen! Highly recommend!!

Claim they won't raise rent but they will. Doors & elevators break all the time, there's a massive hole in the wall in the office too, the manager said it's been there for years and company doesn't fix. No thanks.

EDIT: Seems the company has had my review hidden. These were not recent issues, I noted the whole in the wall upon multiple visits across multiple months, and the elevator was routinely out of service. Things break, understandable, but if you can charge premium pricing you can pay the premium for a weekend work order and not leave us without an elevator until Monday to save a few bucks. These observations were corroborated by the front desk attendant I spoke with at the time as well.
