I just hired Metro Wide Movers for a second time for an office move in Kansas City. They are the company to call for a hassle free move. From the office personnel to the movers, they are all customer service pros.
I also wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the team of movers that completed our recent move. They were absolutely wonderful. Despite the freezing temperatures, a temperamental elevator, and long, narrow stairs, they completed the move without complaining or showing frustration.
Throughout the entire process, they remained friendly, composed, and focused. Even after finishing such a tough job, they still asked if we needed anything else. Their level of professionalism and dedication was truly exceptional and far exceeded expectations.
