This is the second time that I have used this company for a move. Was just as pleased this time around. Terry is extremely reliable; just tell her what you need and she cares for it - alleviating the stress of a move :) The drivers at Mi-Box are always congenial and patient. Moving is scary, stressful and exhausting. My pod was delivered to my old home, moved to a temp place, picked up, and brought to my new home. The market is insane so all this was over 4 months, but in that time I had great customer service and all drivers were prompt and efficient.... I actually moved hours away so figured something would have been broken in all the moving.... nope all perfect. Blankets were provided to keep fragile items safe. 100% recommend. Thank you for making moving a little easier.

Really can’t say enough great things about this service. Terry was so helpful, always available and lovely to deal with. Super flexible. Joe the delivery and pick up driver was equally fantastic. He made a wasted trip for pick up one day due to miscommunication and wasn’t the least bit annoyed. Don’t use anyone else!
