The process of ordering my mobile storage unit was extremely easy and Jennifer was very polite and efficient at handling my request. The delivery and pickup of the unit was on time as scheduled and hassle free.

I would definitely use again! It was easy peasy to set up and return. And, their rates were/are competitive. Although there was a miscommunication on my part for the return, Jennifer was able to resolve the issue immediately. Long story short, I was going to be charged another month's rent for the miscommunication. Jennifer was courteous and professional enough to waive the fee. John, the driver, was also very professional and courteous when he dropped off and picked up the pod.
