Mi-Box Moving & Mobile Storage of Houston

Mi-Box moving and storage is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and very flexible. I ordered the wrong size box they came back out and delivered a bigger one at a discounted rate and I had to relocate my pod several time they were quick and accommodating! I highly recommend Mi-Box not only are they hands on with excellent customer service but the office staff ladies are amazing and effectively communicated all details and pricing every step of the way. I’ll definitely use them again if needed and recommend with 10stars! Thank you Mi-Box!

I love the services I received from MI- Box I can’t not remember the lady name who set everything up for me but she was AWESOME her customer service was great and I had a please of speaking to her when it was time for me to return the box?. I give this come 5 stars the box had enough room for me to move my kitchen,dinning room,living and office. The monthly price was great at well it was lower than other rates I received. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I have been using a MI-Box container since December. I called on a holiday and Diana answered and sent me a quote out the same day. She explained everything and told me She and her husband were the owners. The size I wanted was out of stock. I was offered the next larger one for the lower price.

I needed the box 3 days after the original call. I received it had it loaded and moved over to my driveway 35 miles away . Hector the driver is courteous,polite and has mad driving skills. The amount of room he had to work with was very limited.

I have also been working with Madonna. She is professional and goes above and beyond to help. Had a little hiccup with a billing and boom she and the owner took care of it immediately after. Everyone there is awesome.
