Sue at MiBox is very efficient, polite and professional. She listened to my concerns when extending the rental and when I needed to return the MiBox. Immediately answered any questions showing she and the company cared. Thank you.
I would suggest if taking a rental for more than a month you should buy the moving blankets to save some money. Also open the container regular to get some air to the contents.
Also care was taken when delivering the container by placing wood on the corners of the base of the container to avoid marking the driveway. Very thoughtful. I was worried when Hurricane Milton whipped through but the container withstood the storm. In hindsight might be wise to have a fan blow air into the container also especially when the temperature high outside as some pieces overheated in the heat especially veneers on some pieces but not sure if this was created by the drying out of the house after Hurricane Debby.
