I recently was moving out of my house and needed storage, ended up choosers these guys and boy was that a great decision their team was super helpful and made the process very easy and simple. From the delivery driver Bryan to the owner jaydon I felt like family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am giving MIbox a 5 star because they do deserve it, they took care at placing the box the way we asked and making sure not to damage the stone driveway. Then when moving it to the new location they even turned it to face a different way so that it made it easier for unloading. The drivers each time were very kind! Danielle who handles all the scheduling and billing was also very helpful each time I had called due to making changes to the dates and the size of the pod needed. There is only one thing I did not like, is if you pay for the full month but end up returning it early they do not refund you the days you did not use it. We had almost a whole two weeks left and they did not give us any money back. We unloaded faster than we thought we would so why keep it? If you do get a mibox, which I highly recommend as it made moving much less stressful than moving usually is, than pay by the day if you don’t think you will have it for a full month this way you are only paying for the days you have and avoiding not getting a refund. Overall, they did their job and respected how we wanted the pod placed.

This is my first time renting a box, and I couldn’t be happier. Set up was easy when I called, My box was delivered the next day. The gentleman delivering the box was careful and worked quickly to get me set up. Everyone I worked with and spoke to were so friendly.

The best company I have ever dealt with period. The owner was amazing and helpful. The process was easy and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend doing business with them.
