Had about $20,000 worth of furniture ruined in Mibox’s “storage boxes”. Water got in damaging all the wood bureaus, rugs, books and couches. Mice got in as well. EVERYTHING had to be thrown into a dumpster. We bought the “insurance” up to $5,000 and got a check for $750 which is laughable. Owners totally unresponsive and could care less despite having pictures of the damage. Basically “not my problem” attitude. If you are under the impression you are getting weatherproof storage boxes...you most definitely are not.

It was a pleasure doing business with this company, I can't say enough about Danielle. She was very responsive and respectful, she handled everything from beginning to end without any issues.
Jason was the driver who moved my container and he was excellent very precise and careful moving the container.
