We used this service for the removal of junk and the loading of a U-haul, as we were moving out-of-state. Did a good job removing junk. Texted us photos showing all the items were removed since we were on the road moving.

However, I would not advise having them load a U-haul for moving. They used very few of the blankets we provided for the protection of our furniture. This resulted in one of our couches receiving a tear during the move. We also had furniture scratched that most likely would not have happened if the blankets had been used properly. The U-haul movers at our destination advised us the truck was not packed very well and some of the damaged items could have been avoided.

They were over an hour late getting to us which made our first day of planned travel long into the night. I also felt we were over-charged for the services rendered.

Update: You respond that you are sorry and will do better next time. We now live out-of-state. So, exactly when will be the next time?

Did a great job! I appreciate the mission statement and heart behind this business as well! Would highly recommend and will be using this service again in the future should we need junk removal services!
