Everything about my move with Michael's Moving and Storage was excellent, from my very first call with Bryan to the actual move itself. Bryan was extremely flexible when I had to change my move date. The movers were punctual and friendly. They handled everything with care and covered every detail of properly taking things apart and putting them back together. They are true experts and were extremely efficient. And the price was the best on the market. I would use Michael's Moving again in a heartbeat.

Thank you for an excellent, smooth move, Michael's Movers! My husband and I moved last weekend and Felix was our main point of contact for the move. Felix was even able to come 2 hours prior to our moving window which was helpful (he called to ask if that was ok first). Not only were Felix and his guys (group of three total) amazing, they were so friendly and helpful. They also wore masks and gloves the entire time! We are so grateful for Felix and his team for moving everything in smoothly. Not a single thing was damaged (I wasn't expecting that as this was the third time we have used them). Thanks again - excellent, excellent service. A+++!!

On numerous occasions I watched the movers take boxes of my personal items and throw the boxes up and over pallets that were still on the truck. I mentioned to the guys to be careful with my items but it was met with not much regard. I called Michael’s Movers and spoke with my moving adviser Bryan. Bryan assured me that the movers were going to repack the truck once they got to a weigh station that was 15 minutes away from our location. Bryan also assured me these were his best guys, “oh yeah?” Bryan W is also here on Google giving 5 stars based on his last move? Michael’s Movers damaged over $2000 worth of items, processed a claim in 7 months of time, and now has lied about sending reimbursement payment of less than half of the replacement value. This company could care about your items and they could pack a truck like professional and they could be honest with their claim reimbursement, but Michael himself chose not to be. Michael has emailed me directly and stated he sent along payment in the mail. Since receiving that email, it has been 4 weeks. At week 3, I emailed him back and said I have not gotten any checks in the mail, please send me an update (no response). At week 4 I said I will need to pursue other options because clearly you [Michael] did not send the check (no response). I am an honest person and I like doing business with local businesses who are also honest. Clearly based on this, we hired a dishonest, uncaring company that does not care about repeat business, nor does he care about his reputation on online reviews. All in I have been dealing with this for over 7 months. I would not recommend this moving company to even Michael Cattan himself. Mike you earned this review but you did not earn the 1 star I am required to give.
