Great service from everyone involved in the order, purchase and delivery of our new Champion safe. From start to finish this was a great experience and everyone was easy to work with. If they weren’t able to answer my question they had someone within minutes that could. Delivery guys were knowledgeable and very caring to not damage my home during the install of this heavy safe.

It's hard to put into words - we visited the store numerous times. The variety of new and used merchandise is fabulous. We have purchased many things so when my office was moving and looking for new items - I visited a couple places closer to our location and then decided to go to Michalsen's. I found what I liked. Tom visited our new location and we discussed the sizes best for the rooms. We purchased complete units for 4 offices, a conference table, chairs, etc. They were professional - they were delivered and setup in a timely fashion. Jump ahead 1 yr - we needed more office furniture and I reached out to Tom. He was awesome to deal with and again - they came through. I trust them to be there when they say, to supply you with quality constructed pieces. Don't go anywhere else!

Just went window shopping with my wife. Very pleasant experience. No pressure to buy when talking with Tom the man at the counter. Will be back when ready to make a purchase for used desk and chair. Large selection of new and used office furniture. Tom was very patient and helpful with no rush.

Some guy just sold my elderly mother a used broken office chair for $150. Told her it was a good, high-quality chair. Could buy this chair brand new for less! I plan to let everyone know what a rip-off this place is. Stay away if you don't want to get robbed.
