All - and I mean all - the people that I talked with at Microship were kind, nice, understanding, and supportive. Though the beginning of my move started with very unfortunate events, the company rose like a phoenix and soared at the end to a very successful - almost unbelievable - completion of my move. I am grateful for their help and service. The office staff at Microship were completely helpful, understanding, and very clear about everything that was happening. The driver who showed up at my starting address was very personable. All of the workers moved fast and worked hard. The driver and crew at the end of my move were all great to work with.

One of the things I was moving was a 7 foot parlor grand Steinway piano built in 1901. It is extremely precious to me. This company picked it up and delivered it in perfect condition. They had four men working to successfully deliver this extremely heavy and precious piano.

All of my items arrived in great condition. I have some museum quality Thai Buddhas, and they were delivered in perfect shape.

I also want to say something about the speed with which my household items were delivered. I was told at the beginning of the move that it might be a month before I received my items. My move began on May 19 in Chicago, Illinois, and the delivery was made on June 2 in Tucson, Arizona - less than two weeks. I could not believe the speed with which everything was delivered. Talk about grateful. I was and am.

Mike, who came to the house prior to the move to give a free estimate for the job was professional and compassionate about our needs. He was able to arrange the move in a tight timeframe.
Jordan, Miguel, Patrick and Antonio helped me move an elderly family member soon after the estimate was provided. They were friendly, courteous, respectful and easy to work with and continued with the unpacking on a second day until the contracted job was completed. Their main goal was to satisfy their customer.
