We use Mid American movers to move our family stuff from storage in Iowa to Indianapolis and they did a phenomenal job with wrapping all valuable items and delivered them very properly, so there were no damage.

This company is under new management who is attempting to right past wrongs. Please put more weight into reviews after Oct 2024 than in previous ones.

Do not trust this PILE OF CROOKS that prey on honest, trusting Midwesterners.

Quote: $5300, delivery 4-8 days after pickup, payable by credit card, all items that protect your belongings included, like shopping blankets and mattress cover.

Reality: $9500, delivered 2 weeks after pickup, payable ONLY by cash or POST OFFICE MONEY ORDER, blankets included, mattress cover, yes, but not for mattressES or box springs... oh... and they won't move them unprotected. Every time something bug money related came up it was last min bye and after business hours.

They will say anything to get you hooked and then bait and switch when you are out of options (because you close tomorrow and the banks are closed).

Don't believe ANYTHING you are told unless you can get it in writing on a document you sign.
