Boxes were mislabeled. Broken and missing items. Some things were just wrapped in paper and tossed on the truck. They also took apart furniture, some unnecessarily and lost the hardware. The morons even seperated the power cords from electronic devices. These guys are idiots and will screw up your move. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I will say the first guys who came to pack our stuff were amazing. But the last day, they were in a rush, had random guys, literally just tossing drawers into boxes. Stuffing paper into dresser drawers. Packing items upside down… the move probably wouldn’t have been so awful, if we didn’t have to put our stuff in storage there. Under NO circumstances use their storage!!!! Upon arrival, 4 months later… all my furniture were covered in tiny bugs. Took months to get rid of… the truck was overstuffed when they came… and I realized they probably ran out of room for the rest of our stuff and just said oh well and kept A TON of our items! All the things were in the garage and would have been the last things packed on the truck! Thankfully it wasn’t anything irreplaceable BUT I’m still fighting to get money for the items they kept!!! Just awful way to run a business.
