Went to ship Fed-Ex and employee fixed me right up!

The secretary is great. If they get rid of her would be a huge mistake.

Had a good experience. Dropped off and got checked out quickly. Would recommend.

I'm not a bit happy! I'm paid up, paid my bill two weeks ago and come by there today and cant get in the gate. Yall have me locked out of the system. Thanks alot! Working out of town during the week really makes this real inconvenient.

Called to ask a question and the lady that answered was super rude. I asked if they had a place for bands to practice bc some storage units offer that. She told me no, which was fine. I told her that someone on Facebook had told me they offered that and she literally snapped at me and said 'There better not be any bands practicing in MY storage units.'

I'm not offended that she doesn't want band practicing, but to go off on me like that was super unprofessional.
