Midgard Self Storage

First 24 hours and not off to a great start. I'm trying to access my unit after a long drive from TX and yet I can't get access even though I've reviewed the portal for payments and called the after hours line and the representative stated there wasn't any overdue fees.

It's extremely aggravating to have this happen after a long day of Unloading.

Not cheap, but great location just over Snow's Cut from Carolina and Kure Beach. Clean units, we'll laid out and feels safe for access at all hours. Recently made some account updates, helped by Donna in the office - very friendly and professional.

Donna was wonderful! Very helpful and fun. I was able to get into my unit with no problems.
