Midgard Self Storage

We were told the rate may go slightly up over time and it did go up significantly pretty quickly after we leased. We provided insurance and were charged several months.... Even though we provided day one and called to have it corrected. My issues were resolved by a district head named Christy who refunded us for the insurance we were charged, assisted in the vacate notice and assured us this was not the experience that she wished we had had. Very kind and helpful and made up for the frustrations. I was told although the people that worked in person are no longer there, the kiosk in place did have a live agent who could have assisted us as well.

the only reason they get 2 stars is that the customer reps who are virtual helped us out. while they are 'climate controlled,' it is just enough to not have your things get mildew damage.
bring your own toilet paper the three times we needed it they were out. 2 of the three we left a new roll there!

Way expensive. No one on site to help. I will be out of there before the end of this month
