The customer service provided by Dakotah is world class. He helped me find a uhaul last minute while being very well mannered and just a joy to talk to.

They keep increasing their rent every couple months. Mine has basically doubled in a year— I’m a student studying abroad which means I can’t move my stuff out until I get back. I can’t afford it anymore. Bit of a sticky situation, unfortunate since their facility is clean and attentive.

The first storage unit we were given by booking on line was actually an old, dilapidated office with ceiling tiles falling down and threshold damage. There is no one to talk to so you have to call their virtual representatives. Virtual representative are not effective! Only a year ago, we were met with friendly local folks who drove us to our unit on a golf cart to check it out before signing a lease. I miss real live people!

Dakotah is very helpful, diligent and efficient in his work. He helped me secure the correct storage space for my needs and with my equipment rental returns. He is the best!
