Midgard Self Storage

I have been a customer for 6 months plus. The place is clean well maintained and good staff. They have a 30 day vacancy notice policy and I forgot to do it but, they waived it to accommodate me. I highly recommend them and will use for future storage.

We have been using MidGard for a few years now and have always been pleased with the staff. Tim was very helpful today and we can’t thank him enough for his help.

If you have any questions or need a qualified person to speak with regarding your storage unit call and talk to Mrs. Linda she’s very helpful and insightful.

Their new system sucks. I have two units, their virtual assistant told me the code works for both, it did not. Then the virtual assistant said my unit and phone number associated with it, wasn’t correct so it won’t give me access. So now what do I do? Their lock is on my stuff- it’s freezing out today and I’ve been sitting here trying to get into my unit for an hour. When they had real people I could have gotten Manuela to help me. Idk what to do now. You call on the phone you get a virtual assistant, in the office a virtual assistant. My moms rented from them for more then 5 years and we have two units currently- probably not for much longer.
