Midgard Self Storage

We’ve been renting from them for 5 years. Rates have gone up every year - which is bad! But now it’s gotten worse, they have changed just now in January 2025-virtual assistant- no people in the office- no people watching for security, like they used to have- they added their own lock to our door- you have to get a code from them to get into your unit- what a giant pain- not happy with them at all!!

Not a customer focused business. They raise prices often. Thre are facilities that are less expensive and more cutomer focused that this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The facilities are clean and it's a good location. I wasn't happy with the rate increases, but Tyler reached out and gave me a much better rate. Appreciate Midgard being so great to work with.
