I followed the instructions on my confirmation email to the letter – but my unit was not at the location I was given! It's about 1/3 of a mile on the other side of a major highway. No one told me.

I had asked a person in the live chat if I could park a sports trailer in the unit. I was told there was plenty of room and it would be great. However, these old dilapidated storage units – which I believe you folks bought and tried to refurbish – has a brand new cement pad in it about 8 inches off the ground. I assume this is because the units must flood. Well, it was nearly impossible to get my trailer up that step.

In general, I cannot say that the experience has been a positive one. When I arrived at the location, I was given, I immediately called a number because there was no keypad for the gate. I spoke with a person who is not on location, who said no one is ever on location because I was renting at a 'virtual' site. I assume what he meant was that I was at a site that no one works at. The term virtual was inaccurate.
