The Gate lock code didn't work and still doesn't. I was given a temporary one to use while they troubleshoot and still no one has follow enough. The instructions provided the unit number but never specified it was in one of the buildings. Having only a virtual staff member at this location isn't helpful.

I rented a uhaul trailer from Midgard and the place was very clean and organized. Leasing the unit through the virtual manager was very user friendly. And James the manager was even friendlier, he helped answer any other questions or concerns we had. Excellent experience .

I just finished looking at a unit for my mom and the place is very clean and nice. Especially Leasing the unit through the virtual manager was a breeze. James the manager made himself available to show us where the unit was located. Excellent experience, thank you James!

The virtual attendant was nice, the prices are affordable. The facility is very clean and gated which I like. James the manager was very helpful.
