Didn’t much care for the “Virtual Assistant”, but it worked fine and there was an on-site person to help if needed. There was no packing paper stocked and we really needed some. My biggest gripe is no return policy on unused and unwrapped items so we over bought. I would have given 1 star for that reason, but I gave it 2 stars because the employee was helpful and friendly.

The process with the virtual person was very easy. The transaction was so smooth, quick, and affordable. We met the manager James while we were looking for a unit. He was very friendly and was quick to show us where our unit was located. The facility looks amazing, and is very accessible. I would absolutely recommend these units.

Last week with the recommendation from neighbors my dad and I got a couple units at this location. Let me start off by saying how nice the place looked. The virtual counter was surprisingly easy. The person on the screen was very friendly. After we finished the rental process we headed over to the lot to find our units where we were greeted by the property manager James who was very polite and did not hesitate to ask us if we needed anything. He offered to show us the locations of our units and assisted with removing the locks . I have to say we had rented storage space in the past with a different company and this experience was a lot better.

The virtual counter was a breeze. The place is really clean. We met the property manager James while searching for our unit. He escorted us to where it was located. James was very helpful and by the looks of the property he does a great job managing it.

My experience at this place was Horrible, Terrible, Very Very Very Very Very Very Terrible out of the World Horrible (The Virtual so called Help was no Help no Help no Help),Then a real Human being came to this facility to give me assistance He was absolutely Excellent Excellent he rented me the storage unit and the uhaul truck in a very short time, excellent staff person
