Midgard Self Storage

I didn't like the virtual assistance. It was scary. Also my unit is eoo9. Not sure why the building where the United is located has the $ B09 on the outside. I would not rent at Midgard again. I prefer a person on site.

My second rental experience with Midgard. I again found the experience to be smooth. Everything was completed over the phone. Friendly and helpful telephone staff that assisted me in finding the proper size and least cost option. I found the humidity/temperature controlled storage facility and unit clean and well lit.

Friendly staff, very clean. After two years, no damage, no bugs. Perfect

I recently had an email come from the billing Department stating after 6 months of renting at $97 a month my rent would now be $194 a month and I would be charged $5.99 a month for the new lock system they are now using. Being retired and living alone and a local in an area growing with an influx of people coming here I was floored at my increase. Brooke was able to explain in detail why and assist with some assistance to help me for the next 3 months. I am turing 65 in January and like all who cross the great divide begin medicare. Extra expenses are horrible at our aging of 65. Everyone seems to price increase and its making life hard for very many of us. Thanks for the help. It allows me time to figure out what I need to do with also knowing they are still reasonable for what is going on in our overpriced community.
Pawleys Island use to be special but with the influx of people and price hikes its making life for most unbearable to maintain.
I still give midgard a great hand for what they do. I dont like virtual and texting but it is what it is. Thank you and Merry Christmas to the staff. They do their best with what is happening!
