I had a pleasant experience with Donna today. Her customer service was spectacular. I expressed my displeasure about recent contacts but from start to finish, I appreciated her professionalism and attention to my concerns.

I'm glad that Jamekka was able to assist me on today with my issue that I was having at my Midgard storage unit on today! She was very professional & prompt! She got the situation resolved in a matter of minutes & I’m very pleased with the outcome. She is amazing & an outstanding representative of the company!!!
